Shipping

We ship all orders from Sweden and currently deliver within Sweden only.

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days from dispatch.

Shipping is handled via established carriers, primarily PostNord. For larger shipments, alternative carriers may be used.

Shipping costs are 39 SEK.
We offer free shipping on orders over 500 SEK.

All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.


Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In its original, intact packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened makeup and cosmetic products cannot be returned.


Return Process & Refunds

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
If you wish, we can assist with a return shipping label – the cost will then be deducted from your refund.

Once your return has been approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to order another item, please place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or error
