Terms and conditions

1. General information

The present terms and condition apply to the use and manner of ordering of goods via http://inglotsweden.com/, a website owned and administered by Inglot SK AB (hereinafter referred to as "Inglot") with its registered office in Sweden, ID no. 559028-6174.

 

2. Order placement

On placing an order, a purchase agreement between the Customer and Inglot is concluded. Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided in the order. In the event of any possible irregularities related to the price or delivery term, Inglot reserves the right to introduce changes also after order placement. If such a situation occurs, Inglot will contact the Customer, who will have the right to modify or cancel the order. Inglot does not conclude agreements with minors (persons under 18 years of age).

 

3. Price and payment

Provided product prices are VAT inclusive. The cash register displays a total price, including all fees, VAT, shipment cost and prices of products.

Payment terms are provided at the cash register and they differ depending on the chosen payment method (credit card, PayPal).

 

4. Delivery

As a rule, orders are prepared for shipment within 72 hours. Regular delivery term is 7 working days. We deliver orders in packages, via PostNord or Schenker transport company (in Sweden). At the cash register, the Customer may select a preferred delivery method.

Upon package receipt, the Customer is obliged to check, if the delivered goods are not damaged. In the event of any possible irregularities regarding the shipment or missing goods, please immediately contact our Customer Service (contact data in item 11 below).

 

5. Withdrawal from the agreement, returns of goods

The order has an open status within 30 days from order delivery. In this period, the Customer may send all or part of the goods ordered back and receive a different product in return, or get their money back.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement for the purchase of goods under the Remote Agreement Act (2005:59). It means that the Customer has the right to return the goods ordered within 14 days from delivery.

The right to return goods applies only to goods which have not been opened and remain in their original packaging, unless their defect is the basis for the return. To return goods, the Customer should use the attached return form, which will allow automatic order identification.

 

6. Money return

In the event of an eligible return, the Customer has the right to receive their money back. The money is returned in the same way as the payment for the goods had been made. The Customer covers the cost of returning the goods, unless the basis for return is a damage to the goods or incorrect content of the package received.

 

7. Security

Inglot uses the SSL data encyption protocol to protect personal data.

 

8. Personal data

Under the Personal Data Protection Act (1998:2004), it is prohibited to register personal data without an interested party's consent. By ordering goods on our website or by registering as a customer at Inglot, the Customer expresses their consent to have their personal data recorded and used by Inglot in a scope necessary for due execution of the order.

Only Inglot has access to the Customer's personal data. We do not make our customers' personal data available without their consent, except for situations in which making such data available is required by law. The Customer expresses their consent to have their personal data used by Inglot to send general information, information about new products and information concerning Inglot's commercial offer. At any time, the Customer may request Inglot to cease sending such information.

Inglot is an entity responsible for the processing of personal data, which, in each case, are processed in compliance with provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act. The Customer has the right to obtain information on how their personal data are processed and to request Inglot to correct wrong information. An application to obtain such information must be submitted in writing and it must be signed by the customer. It should be sent to our Customer Service (contact data in item 11 below).

 

9. Copyright and related issues

Inglot holds a copyright to all of the materials published on the present website (including texts, graphics, logotypes, icons, sound recordings and software), unless specified otherwise. All trademarks and photographs mentioned or published on our website are protected with copyright or a specific trade mark. It means that it is prohibited to use the materials published on our website without our written consent. To obtain such a consent, please contact our Customer Service (contact data in item 11 below).

Referrals to our website via embedded hyperlinks is allowed only in the scope in which the material in which the hyperlink is embedded does not include negative content concerning our company, and provided that we had not prohibited the embedding of such hyperlinks.

The present website may contain hyperlinks to other websites. However, Inglot is not responsible for their content.

 

10. Modifications

Inglot reserves the right to modify the present general terms and conditions. The modifications come into force after 30 days following their publication on https://inglotsweden.com/.

12. Disputes

In the event of a dispute between the Customer and Inglot, the Customer may turn to Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (General Office for Complaints), which resolves disputes between consumers and business entities free of charge. In every case, Inglot follows the recommendations formulated by Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden.
