These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if incorrect pricing, technical errors, or suspected misuse occur.

Once an order has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

Prices & Payment

All prices are listed in SEK and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but the price charged will always be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed securely through our selected payment providers. We do not store any payment details.

Shipping

We ship from Sweden and currently deliver within Sweden only.

Shipping costs and delivery options are shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control.

Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with Swedish consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once a return has been approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days from approval for the refund to be processed.

We do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, please place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages, delays, or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays or force majeure events.

Product information is provided to the best of our knowledge. Individual reactions to cosmetic products may vary, and customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before use.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.

Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, disputes may be referred to a Swedish court or the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
